@Adrift I had tacos made from beef tongue. Amazing! Probably the best tacos I've ever eaten.

@BizSuitStacy I didn't know I was eating it so it wasn't bad tasting but the idea of eating it grosses me out.

@Adrift I had a co-worker in North Carolina. We went to a restaurant, and he ordered sweetbreads. He was eating it, saying it was really good, but them asked what sweetbreads were. When I explained it, his face turned a weird shade of green, and he immediately put down the fork. 😂

@BizSuitStacy good thing he didn't order the rocky mountain oysters.

@AthrillatheHunt I remember looking at it on the cutting board and thinking, nope...not gonna eat something that can taste me back. 😂
But it was fantastic!

@Adrift My uncle was a veterinarian out in Texas. When I was about 11 or 12, he took me to his clinic on a day where they were castrating a herd of young bulls. That night, my aunt made mountain oysters for dinner. They were good, but the thought of what they are was difficult to get past.

@Adrift Here's a very delicious way to fix smoked oysters: (the ex's drunk Aunt once fixed them for us out in Las Vegas). Take one triscuit, top it with a smoked oyster, then top that with a nice slice of cheddar cheese, and put a bunch of them in the toaster oven just till the cheese melts.
The smoked oysters are absolutely delicious in that combination of flavors!
