What’s a food you have tried that was most out of your comfort zone?
Mine was probably horse, being American it’s taboo here but not in other parts of the world. Yes, I liked it.

As I recall, the reason horse meat is illegal in the US is the anabolic steroids, and antibiotics they’re fed which makes the meat dangerous for humans to eat. That process isn’t done in other countries, and horse meat is readily available in quite a few places.
