Are you easily influenced in your materialistic wants and desires?

For instance - Oprah's list of favorite things, or certain social media influencers, or maybe just a good friend or family member. I'm not. I like what I like, whether it's trendy and main'stream or not. But I do have wonder what makes these influencers think I give a rat's a** what their opinions are. *shrug*

Nope. By nature, I am not much interested in paying ridiculous prices for things the world has gotten along without for millennia. When I see a book promising to share the secrets of attaining wealth, I always wonder why on earth do they want to waste their time writing a $20 book instead of earning the money they say they know how to acquire?

I don’t follow influencers, but it seems every time they appear on my radar, it’s because they’ve done something foul or murderous.

Seems clear to me that most of them are narcissistic and professional liars.
