Would you rent a house..

That you’d have to share 2-3 times a year for a while when the landlord comes back to the country? There would be 2 bedrooms off limits that you’d have to pay heating/ac/electric for and they’d have access to the entire house, not even a private entrance.

A realtor called me after I questioned if it was a private entrance and he said it wasn’t. So I told him I was not interested, but thank you. He called me back, asking me if I was still interested 🤔

@MayorOfCrushtown $3200, plus utilities. Tbf, they can get a lot more for it they weren’t planning on spending time there. Even if it was half of that, I don’t think I could ever do it!
@MellyMel22 definitely not. not unless it comes with a housekeeper, a butler, a masseuse, and free food. LOLOL

Is it in the city?

@Thrust No, about an hour from it. That’s nothing for a 3 bedroom there. I looked at an apartment a few days ago that was $3500.
