I haven't. Don't think I ever will. My husband died suddenly from a brain hemorrhage. It doesn't take much and I see events from that day still like a film playing in my head.

I just try to remember that she's independent and made the choice to live without me. If that's what she wants then she's happy in her current situation.

Not saying it's easy. Also not saying I have a typical concept of love. But that's how I deal with it.

accept that i don't want to spend my life walking on eggshells, and no matter how much i do to avoid them, still get yelled or talked at for several consecutive hours in circlessss. he was really great when he wasn't terrible and i miss his kid, we could have been a cute family. but maybe in another life 🙂‍↕

I reflected on how devastated I was and realized it’s not fair to me or anyone I love to be out of sorts over a normal part of life. I didn’t want to be a drag. There’s so many more important things than my feelings on a given matter.

I'm probably still getting over it - but life goes on, and in my case i reached a place where it was 'all for the best'.

I've never had a romantic heartbreak. The only ones I had happened in childhood.
