Does mozzarella make you choke?

I probably added too much in my cheese toastie.
I love mozzarella, but I prefer cheddar, Swiss or Gruyere in toasted sandwiches.

I only had mozzarella.

Do you mean mozzarella? It is so bland, I can't imagine it causing that. I could imagine possibly from parmigiana cheese.

@samueltyler2 blandness doesn't make me choke. It's the stringiness sometimes does.
