I usually just break the other too, problem solved. I hate having a single sock that definitely does not have a partner 😂

@MartinTheFirst my thoughts exactly. I want to break one more so I get even number things. If not, I can donate them coz there are some people who don't care if some things are missing. With socks we just throw the odd ones out.

@GunFinger well with utensils it's different. If i fork breaks, i throw away the worst looking matching knife, since they come in a pair. But a spoon? No pairs with those. Can you have an odd number of spoons?

@GunFinger yeah kind of lol... nah but i have wooden shafts on my utencils, they may rott off

@MartinTheFirst yeah they do. We have them on our knives.
