Is there such a thing as an honest plumber?

The problem is more builders that think they can do plumbing. Case in point is the install done by the last owner I've been fixing properly. Good plumbers are around and worth paying for.

I can give you the names of two dishonest flat roof fitters if that helps. They certainly knew how to make a problem worse.
