Are you a likeable person?

I am not. I kinda understand, I know I'm different. I really don't care except it always bites me at work. I don't understand why. I am on time, don't call out, do my job efficiently and I'm a team player. Nobody ever tells me what I'm doing wrong, I just feel retaliated against. My bosses will suddenly treat me like I have the plague. My hours get cut. It's an overall feeling of not belonging. Bordering on rudeness directed at me. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. But I guess I have to find a different job now.

I don’t let anyone tell me who I’m not - let’s start there.

I have no issue apologising for doing wrong , humility taught me that but I’m not about to go and be someone’s puppet because they have toxic traits they don’t wanna work on.

Truth prevails , always.

So just be yourself and the right people will love ya for if 😌😘

They don’t matter.

@LaNinaRosa it's not about being liked, it's about being treated poorly instead of people accepting me as part of the team that I contribute to equally. I don't deserve my hours cut and lunches skipped.
