Are you a likeable person?

I am not. I kinda understand, I know I'm different. I really don't care except it always bites me at work. I don't understand why. I am on time, don't call out, do my job efficiently and I'm a team player. Nobody ever tells me what I'm doing wrong, I just feel retaliated against. My bosses will suddenly treat me like I have the plague. My hours get cut. It's an overall feeling of not belonging. Bordering on rudeness directed at me. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. But I guess I have to find a different job now.

maybe it’s because you are so reserved and independent that it makes ppl pull away faster?

@deathfairy I really don't care if they don't like who I am as a person, I tolerate all kinds of people because we've all been on our own path. I take people as they are and sweat beside them. I know many people, especially here, aren't as accepting. It's just, cutting my hours affects me personally. It feels like a knife in the back.
