Are you a likeable person?

I am not. I kinda understand, I know I'm different. I really don't care except it always bites me at work. I don't understand why. I am on time, don't call out, do my job efficiently and I'm a team player. Nobody ever tells me what I'm doing wrong, I just feel retaliated against. My bosses will suddenly treat me like I have the plague. My hours get cut. It's an overall feeling of not belonging. Bordering on rudeness directed at me. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. But I guess I have to find a different job now.

You know work places can be like high school. Someone maybe be talking what they don’t know. Just ignore it. They will move on.

@LavidaRaq I'm getting my hours cut though. They forget my breaks and never care what I'm left with even though I'm a good employee.

@ScreamingFox that’s awful, management should be better. Maybe it a sign you are meant for better, start looking for an another job.
