What is the dumbest thing people take pride in?

Working themselves to early grave for someone else to get rich off of.
Working 7 days a week. Skipping lunches. Working extra hours without overtime or off the clock. Paying out of pocket for supplies work should provide. Not taking earned vacation time. Etc, etc, etc.
These aren't things to be proud off. You're just being used and abused.

@ScreamingFox yeah, I undertand taking pride in your work or going above and beyond when it is for your customer in your own business but, as an employee being used for labor? PAY ME!!!
