What's your go to "I'm not hungry but I want something" combo?

Mine is kefir or coconut with berries, and black coffee with brown sugar 👌

Greek yogurt/berries .. or

Smoked salmon or beef jerky and a bit of hard cheese like parmesan

@BrandNewMan That's good, I've been thinking about including smoked salmon but I'm sort of new to it
@Mordechai Use the softer, thin sliced types some for breakfast sandwiches too. The firmer /harder smoked chunks are great for this kind of snacking, not so much the breakfast sammies.
