Has anyone been stalked by a neighbor before?

My wife was stalked by the man next door when she was in high school and college. He couldn't spy on her bedroom since it was on the second floor, facing the street. He used binoculars to watch her sunbathe and waited at the window for us to come home on date night, watching us kiss and fondle in the driveway. She finally told her father, and he put a stop to it.

Yeah when i was a teenager this 40+ year old guy saw me at the lake with the neighbor girls and followed my mom home and basically embedded himself into my family for years till he died latter of gangrene or something .. i wasn't there i ran away from home and avoided him like hell when i was there.. i just was creeped out by him.. 😒 i remember this one day i was in the kitchen and he was standing outside the window looking in and i just closed the blind right in his face.

I guess that’s kinda rude but he was lurking and he worked in my mom’s garden without asking (which was outside my window) 😒

No but we used to get teenage boys standing across the street to watch WWE whenever my dad was watching it which I found cute lol

Would it be considered 'entrapment" on my part if I enticed them to observe me?

If so, then yes, they are stalkers and should have the full extent of the law brought to bear on them...
