Customer Service for instance, that is outsourced: There's this cultural difference where if I am asked a question, I actually am expecting to be able to answer the question, not be interrupted every time I start talking, which when I am starting to talk and am being talked over, this makes me stop talking and I wait to see what the fuck could be so important that they started talking the moment I did.

I ask, Did you need more information? May I continue?
They say "Yes," I begin to continue and they immediately start interjecting again, I stopped talking, there's absolute silence for 40 seconds, nothing is said, so I continue, once one word is uttered by me, I am being talked over again.
