Has anyone experienced bad rush hour traffic when traveling overseas or domestic?

I spent time in Mumbai and Visakhapatnam in India. I wouldn’t even call it rush hour traffic, because there was no rhyme or reason to it. It was complete bedlam at all times. Any semblance of traffic law was merely traffic suggestion.
