What is something worth paying extra for to insure quality?

Cosmetic surgery and dentistry. We have a lot of cases of British people travelling to Turkey because the cost of surgery is much less. Then they end up severely damaged and have rely on the NHS to fix them up. Never cheap out on medical treatment.
