Should the World Cup and the Olympics be moved elsewhere given the way that things are in America just now?

I know all the athletes involved worked and trained hard to get to this point in their sport but IMO, the world is going through times and has much more important issues to deal with.
Since these sporting events attract hundreds of thousands of people, it makes it a perfect site for terrorist groups and protesters and would also become an easy target for attacks. I think the World Cup and the Olympics should be cancelled.
