Aliens dumped packs of sea monkeys into the oceans, they kept evolving until they became humanoids lacking in intellect. These humanoids were known as Liberals. Liberals still exist today in their intelligence has not increased over time, their lack of intelligence prevents them from grasping reality. Some of these humanoids did evolve into highly intelligent humanoids known as Republicans.
