How do I politely ask my girlfriend to become my legal guardian

I'm 35 my girlfriend is 42 I want her to take me in for legal guardianship because my dad is getting older I want him to slow down because he needs to take care of my stepmom more but I think my girlfriend would be a good candidate to become my legal guardian.
I am worried about my dad's physical health and mental health.

I don’t see the connection between your ask and your dad getting older. What does your dad life have to do with you needing a legal guardian?!!!
