What do you make of it when someone says they are in a “complicated relationship”?

Do you take it to mean they are available or could be available or do you stay far away? Or maybe tread lightly?

"Complicated Relationship", to me, means I'm with someone but let's skip that conversation.

Bit like what I am, actually...so, yes, take the advice from what I've just said, or maybe just read some of my posts.
