Dose anyone find it hard to concentrate when doing something inside when there is nose coming from outside?
Like kids playing,people talking etc

No, not at all. Quite the opposite. I find it hard to focus on do anything when my neighbors are being quiet as it makes me feel like every movement is loud as fuck.
I much prefer noisy neighbors over quiet neighbors because it makes it easier to be noisy and not self conscious of it.
