I want a calm mind which sleep can give
Is this just me or for everyone?
If for just me than never need to sleep because of all the time I would get.
If it was for everyone, no need to eat as starvation is a much bigger issue and the environmental savings we'd get from not needing so much agricultural land would be a huge relief to the earth. Also, if everyone didn't have to sleep I'm pretty sure they'd just make work days longer.

@ViciDraco this is a really good take on it!
froggtongue · M
@ViciDraco there'd be a huge shift in economy. The food companies are a huge business and those would collapse.
ViciDraco · 41-45, M
@froggtongue the economy should be a tool to serve the public. Business is a function of the economy. If the needs of the public change, businesses should change. The public should not be changing to meet the desires of business. Making the public serve the economy is a major aspect of what is wrong with our current system.

I’d give up food. It would be great to have the extra hours, but I like the sense of reset sleep gives. I do “sleep on it.” lol Food is just something else you have to be careful about. Not too much, not too little, this, not that, how many chemicals are in this, is it contaminated…
Jenny1234 · 56-60, F
I don’t prioritize food. It’s there when I need it. Sleep though is an absolute luxury and a must for me

I love both. But i suppose if there were no ill effects, i could maybe do more and be more productive without sleep.

Sleep
Nunki · 31-35, F
Without food. Sleep is such a needed break from life.
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M
@Nunki true that
FreestyleArt · 36-40, M
Without food. Sleep is very important to me.
You can eat fairly cheap… but having that extra 6-10 hours would be massive.
Sylphrena · 31-35
Wait if I don't need to eat food, do I still get skinnier when I don't? Also do I still enjoy the taste?
BohoBabe · M
Time is more important than money, so I guess I'd choose no sleep.
Umile · 41-45, F
Food is my pleasure.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
Definitely sleep. Imagine how much easier would travelling be.
FeetAreFantastic · 46-50, MVIP
That's a hard choice because I love both
The thing is, you die without either and I'm fairly certain starving to death is slightly less inhumane. 😂

@DMmeyourtits I guess others aren't understanding the concept. You might have to edit or rewrite your post to make it clearer for them.
@DMmeyourtits Obviously and clearly you misunderstood my answer.
DMmeyourtits · 26-30, M
@froggtongue not my fault they can't read
Zonuss · 46-50, M

Food. The cost savings would be amazing. Sleep is free. With all that extra money I could afford so much more or just free up more time than I sleep by not having to work as many hours.
Moneyonmymind · 31-35, M
if i could live without food i would 1000 percent.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout perhaps the poster was meaning if those types of consequences wouldn't occur.
KingofBones1 · 46-50, M
