No. I do not. If I've given someone my trust and they do or say something that makes me feel betrayed, I'm all done.
This just happened to me at work yesterday.

@Tumbleweed I see. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. In the end, it doesn't always work.

@LadyBronte For me, when I consider someone a friend, I am 100% loyal to that person thru thick and thin no matter what. Always. So when I feel they've done me wrong, it shatters my trust in them so their apology would be meaningless to me. If it were maybe a coworker or an acquaintance, I'd probably be more apt to forgive.
I'm still pretty upset about the thing at work because this person I considered a friend and he threw me under the bus so, there's no point in him trying to make ammends.

@Tumbleweed Im sorry. I get the trust thing. Believe me. But for me, a heartfelt apology would go much further from somone I loved than an acquaintance. There is more at stake.

@LadyBronte Very true.
I just feel that my peoples know how I am and that I am a true blue friend to them so I guess I expect the same in return :(

@Tumbleweed I think those who are special to me would know the same about me. That doesn't always happen. And when it doesn't, it honestly rips my heart out. 🤷🏼♀

@LadyBronte Same :(
