I Have a Question

What is your favorite coping mechanism? I mean when It comes to stress, anxiety, depression, etc...how to you deal with/distract yourself from them? For me I clean/organize and when it comes to entertainment I like anything horror related to distract myself from stress/lonliness.

I exercise 5 times a week. It has been for the past 6 years the solution to most of my problems.
