I Have a Question

What is your favorite coping mechanism? I mean when It comes to stress, anxiety, depression, etc...how to you deal with/distract yourself from them? For me I clean/organize and when it comes to entertainment I like anything horror related to distract myself from stress/lonliness.

For me it used to be just exercise. Take a long hike in a wilderness area and let nature de-stress me.

I guess your theory on using cleaning is that by seeing fewer things you will have less to think about and that relaxes you?

How does horror relax you? The idea is to overstress your adrenalin and then when you calm from that everything starts to cool off?
