How do you tell someone you are no longer interested without hurting their feelings

You can't 😭 but the nicest way to go about it is saying kind of exactly what you said. You can maybe tell them some qualities you really like about them, but unfortunately things just arent clicking for you and you feel its besf to not pursue the relationship further
