What's this Mounting thing?

So there is a Mounter, a Mountee and people in the Mounting.

The Mounter is the driver,

The Mountee is the passenger that doesn't know about the people hidden in the back

And they just drove to make out...

Um, seems like there is more details to this...

I had no idea this was a thing, and I still have no clue what it's about. I just Googled it, and got a bunch of instructions how to mount a drive on my computer.

So whatever this is, it's obscure or new enough that Google has no clue, either.
