have you ever been in a lighthouse?

Quite a few. Living next to the coast there are many you can tour. The biggest was on an island in Georgia. It was a big hike up.

@AlchemyFox Do you have to pay to go inside and look around?
AlchemyFox · 36-40, F
@cherokeepatti most of them yes. Or at least make a reservation and a donation type thing. But they're very cramped. There's on in Cape May NJ that's so narrow you can only go one at a time but people don't so you're just rubbing asses 😂

The best part is the top.

In Delaware we have WW2 watch towers along the coast. A few are restored and you can go up for free.

I have been in lighthouses (if that was your intended question)....but I have also been in a light house (a small hut with a thatched roof).

An old and unused one once. It was a tourist attraction.

No but I’d like to tour one. But not the one on Snake Island, though. 🐍

No but they look so cool
