I go on long road trips with my sister, best friend, best friend’s sister, and best friend’s husband. Sometimes 12-18 hours. I would often try to sit in the back seat (or take the train) so I could put my feet up and stretch my legs. My friend is small enough that she can even lie down in the back seat of a car. One of my cars I intentionally got a wider one to make it easier for her to lie down. I don’t like sitting for long periods of time

14 hrs, but stopped for potty and food breaks, but no sleep

16 hours when i drove a truck

Among the many long distance trips by cars and motorcycles, I once drove from Michigan to Phoenix, only stopping for a 3 hour nap at a rest area outside of Tucumcari NM.

In hindsight, it seemed as if I lived on Coca-Cola and Marlboro Reds back then.

From San Francisco to San Diego once. I had the worst headache by the end.

No food or bathroom breaks?

Florida to upper New York State many times.

I've done 16+ hours with stops for food and the bathroom

Take it easy.

Truckers make good money.

But. Be careful.

If I remember right about 975kms from Brisbane to Sydney.

When Driving Taxis, New years Eve 16 hour shift

14 hrs. by myself. Taking turns driving, 26 hrs.

20 hrs, stopping for gas only!!

about 1300 miles.

Are we talking entire trip or without stopping for the bathroom, food or gas?
