Do you ever doubt the existence of others than you?

I'm aware of my thoughts, my experiences, my perceptions, but how can I truly know that others experience the same reality? How do I know they're not just projections of my consciousness?

I see it as the philosophy of Life as how we come to existence and exist and think act etc. To each, only I exist and all others are a metaphor through which we develop our thoughts. In other words all others are just books that have content and we take only what we want.
