Do you ever doubt the existence of others than you?

I'm aware of my thoughts, my experiences, my perceptions, but how can I truly know that others experience the same reality? How do I know they're not just projections of my consciousness?

Philosophically speaking, you don't.
The only thing we can be certain of is that we as conscious observers, exist.
As objective as we try to be, we all use our subjective experiences to see the world.
We are basically just aware that we are aware.
