@olderuncle944 Thank you! I'm very pleased because some think I'm a bit thin. In fact it's just that my body shape hasn't changed since I was 20 or so. I can still wear my old blue jeans even though they look a bit worn out now 😏

@helenS Im 5'10" and between 180 and 190 lbs same as in high school i did get up to 235 one time.

@olderuncle944 180–190 lbs is a nice weight for a man, I like that. I may be conservative but I really think men should weigh more than women. I mean you'll have to carry [u]us[/u] if need be.

@WandererTony Yes that's true – I'm officially underweight, I even got the advice of gaining some weight by a doctor, but I feel perfectly fine. I run and swim a lot, I'm fast and athletic.
When it's about men, I don't find the skinny type very attractive...

@helenS I had a special friend in my high school days who was fast and athletic like you . She ran wonderfully and was rather lean. I don’t think she had your height though.
But I was the studious types and ran only marathons and she ran too fast I guess. 😀
