I Have a Question

I'm wondering if I'm being discriminated against for being short? im 4ft5 and all my life I've had issues getting employment. and if i do its somewhere like a resort where people didnt see me first. Like about 2 wks ago, someone from tutor doc got really interested in me, sounded like they were getting ready to hire me, so i went to the interview and i havent heard from them since. the lady sounded really interested until she met me and I cant hide that im short.

I've been in school lately and i've thought of changing my certificate to childcare. I think i might do better with kids since we're all the same size, do people just not believe I'm an adult or what?

It's not just jobs. people dont even want to be friends with me either. they'd rather hang out with the tall people. I'm just tired of it. Im thinking of applying for ssi under being some drawf, not sure how you spell it but i heard being my size is enough to qualify for it. I need income and think my size might be preventing it. any suggestions?

Pearl, darling...

I hope that is not the case, because that would be discrimination, indeed... I don't know, but if there are social lawyers near you, Consult with them and see what they say...
