Why has feminism become so unpopular?

Because it became divorced from reality. It also became oppressive...like any other cult it wasn't for everyone/all women, just those who agreed to follow it's guidelines...if you didn't, even though a woman, you were the enemy. It trashed women who simply did not agree with it.

For example...Annie Oakley the great American shootist in the 1890's, believed women should be paid the same as men and should know as much about weapons as men. She did not believe women should have the right to vote. Was she a feminist? Or was she not cause she did not check all the boxes? There you have it...feminism as cult.

In the end it was all about enemies and consumed itself in spite and hate.
