I Have a Question

This is a question for the ladies for SW - I really suck at starting a conversation with woman in real life, what would be the best way or more appropriate way to start a conversation? Complementing on body parts (nice smile, eyes etc) or clothing?

Is there anything I can get you? A simply but sincere how are you? Most people like to talk. Show sincere interest in what they find interesting and you have a great conversation
