It's just a gun question. I don't even own a glue gun.

I have a phone I open with my face and an iPad I open with my fingerprint. Has anybody invented an identity lock for guns?

@Nitedoc Why would only criminals buy the lock? My phone is locked, because I don't want anyone else in my house using it. That's why my computer is locked too. Why not put that privacy on your expensive weapon? Who should be firing your own gun but you?
Again, not a gun owner, just asking if the technology existed and if anyone used it.
