I Have a Question

OK so been to job centre about a meeting to do with health problems and more my health problem is kind of embarrassing I took the women's number down about what is available to help me but I kind of got uncomfortable about talking about it or its even classed as a health condition in their eyes well I have more than one how do I talk about it I didn't know how to say it so just took number down how would you do it.

Write a confidential letter to the person responsible for your case. Call them and tell them that you are embarrassed to talk about it, and ask if it is possible for you to write a letter instead on the promise that it will be kept confidential. Just an idea...
