I Have a Question

OK so been to job centre about a meeting to do with health problems and more my health problem is kind of embarrassing I took the women's number down about what is available to help me but I kind of got uncomfortable about talking about it or its even classed as a health condition in their eyes well I have more than one how do I talk about it I didn't know how to say it so just took number down how would you do it.
