Zolfran I think is the medicine that helps with vomiting.. check with your doc and maybe he can send in a prescription. Sometimes it just has to run its course.. Feel better

I usually take immodium with alka seltzer, and later on, if I can handle it, I drink a little water or ginger ale.

Depends on whether it's viral or bacterial.
Consult your physician. If it's viral only symptomatic relief will work. If it's bacterial, you need antibiotics.
