Is she playing around?

So my colleague at work wanted to go out with me to a restaurant last time. It was a full fledged plan but last moment she cancelled said she had guests. Even today she did the same saying she was out and is tired. Honestly i am not going to ask or go with her after twice this incident took place. Why would someone do this?

Because she is tired she just told you. Don’t take it personal. But do communicate in a kind way your needs. You could say “ I like you, but it’s frustrating when you cancel because I was really looking forward being with you tonight., let’s plan for next week but please don’t cancel! again.” Sanguine people are flaky!

@Carazaa i did. I am funny so things so easy for me. But i am not serious when she asks me next time. As I told her already about how I felt. Also i joined a gym with my other friend. 🙂
