Is she playing around?

So my colleague at work wanted to go out with me to a restaurant last time. It was a full fledged plan but last moment she cancelled said she had guests. Even today she did the same saying she was out and is tired. Honestly i am not going to ask or go with her after twice this incident took place. Why would someone do this?

Why does it matter? It sounds like you’re merely friends, so why worry? Just don’t make plans a third time.

If you’d like to go out, find a real date to have legitimate fun with.
