@icerebel blame that on the senate and congress. they refused to accept A BUDGET. THEY ALLOWED US TO GO OVER THE DEBT CEILING AND THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO LET US STAY IN FREE FALL. damn caps. it wasn't Obama. put the blame where it belongs.
