My wife had massive headaches to the point they actually caused her to have a seizure. Many seizures later a a lot of different steroids she was diagnosed with benign intercraineal hyper tension (false tumor). Her body makes to much spinal fluid and builds up causing unbearable pressure on her brain. They finally installed a shunt from her spine to her stomach. When pressure starts to build it drains some of the fluid. I could see the difference in her the moment I was allowed to see her. Please go see a good neurologist.

Have you tried a dental night guard/splint ? Most head aches ( non migraine) are caused by clenching .

@pearllederman been there done that . It helped me 😊
Yeah. Turns out it was a type of artificial sweetener that is in a lot of foods. I cut or reduced that and it has helped a lot.

@canusernamebemyusername which artificial sweetener was it?
@pearllederman Acesulfame potassium. It's sad that we have so many healthier artificial sweeteners but they are still primarily using that one in nearly all diet products.
Yes... this is one of my problems too... not the pillow but the headache caused by bad neck sometimes...
To me that's the worst kind of headache...
P.S. Im very glad that your head is feeling better..
