Does anyone else have a hard time using similar worlds?

it takes me forever to click on something, theres times i just didnt use it cause of that, it took me a long time just to put this question up, i did contact similar worlds about it but sometimes it still happens, its not my laptop cause if i go anywhere else it works okay, so am i the only one. ive thought of not using it at all cause its a pain to get it going so if noone sees me thats why

Yes, I’m in Eastern US. I’ve had trouble for at least eight months or more.
Constant hang ups, freezing, being booted off, sometimes every time I go from one action to another. Sometimes not even being able to log on and once for five days. Every other site worked fine. I have high speed cable. I did put in a ticket but never heard back.
