What areas, countries are 7hours ahead of United States Eastern Standard time?

I loved it. I didn't mind at all until the fights would start. Let me tell you, going to work, when you've been awake since 3 am fighting and arguing and then working 10 hours some times crying. It was so tough. That i will never miss.
