@CallMeHopeless Sounds familiar. I used to get up at 4am because it was late evening in Kansas City. It's funny the concessions you make and the odd ways you have of integrating into each other's lives.

@CallMeHopeless: We are indeed! It changes a bit when the clocks go back and forward but it's nearly always 5 hours.

Mainly Africa. Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, and I think Libya as well.

I loved it. I didn't mind at all until the fights would start. Let me tell you, going to work, when you've been awake since 3 am fighting and arguing and then working 10 hours some times crying. It was so tough. That i will never miss.

It's usually about 2 weeks that you're either 4 or 6 depending on the season. Calculating the time in England is a habit. I can't look at the clock and see the time without adding 5 to it lol

@CallMeHopeless: It's the same for me with America and EST, PST, AKST and mountain time. I seem to have been tied to Americans (not literally) for most of my adult life. :)

@CallmeHopeless Ahh, I'm so sorry it wasn't always positive for you. Relationships can be hard face to face. Definitely more difficult at a distance, though.

I'm really sorry it went that way, especially as it had lasted for so long. It sounds like you did the right thing, though.

The US would be EDT and UK would be BST and the difference there is 5 hours.

Oh well, i learned a lot. That's all that matters to me.

I finally just had to cut all ties. The fighting was too much. I had as much as i could stand and deleted everything.

I've always loved England but i talked to a guy from England for almost 4 years. It really becomes a habit. Just like waking up at 3 am even though you know he's not going to text you. Stupid brain please let me sleep lol
