why are these two cars hanging outside my window every night?

theres two cars that like to hang out in the parking lot between my building and another building across the street, they stay there with their lights on all night sometimes playing loud music, i wondered if they were selling drugs, they leave during the day only to come back at night, any idea of why theyre doing that?
