I'm also curious what people pay regarding rent, or mortgage. Wondering how people are doing home wise. If even buying a home is something people want to do.

I'm finally in the closing end of my first home, from what I can tell my rent of my apartment is just about the same as my mortgage.

I tool the mortgage over when I started working. House is mine. My parents come and go.

@AnthroKenji Not really. I was single. Had a stable job. Good credit. I was added to the names, then theirs taken off after a while. Its nearly paid off.

@AnthroKenji Meh. It's my family home. Where I grew up. Most of it had been paid off anyway, so for the last 15 years I took it over. It'll be done soon and I can move.

@SW-User Lol ONE of the reasons to get away from these apartment complexes. COPS were breaking up a meth related apartment across the way.
