the number 5 can symbolise a need for change while the number 60 can symbolise nurturing, harmonious and loving relationships... although I'm not quite sure what context you want to know what these numbers mean?
Why does it have to do with time? And do you mean quantity of time or do you mean quality of time? Because the Greek had broken time into two parts. 1 is chronos , father , brother , longevity. 2 is kairos , mother , sister, charisma, love, quality.
